People are Absolutely Stupid

This thought comes to my mind mostly, when I hear politicians say (Indian politicians, I do not know about others) "Do you think the common people are stupid?" Or, "Voters are not stupid, they understand what's right or wrong." These are mostly used by oppositions when they do not support an action of the ruling party (actually they do not support any action of the ruling party, even if they are good). Also, ruling party when they want to assure the people that what the ruling party is doing is right. This one I find is one of the biggest lies ever. People are Stupid. But if you are in politics, this is single most dangerous truth to say in public. People are absolutely stupid I think people are absolutely dumb and there should not be any controversy, it is so obvious. Let me explain. We over generalise everything. In some cases this over generalisation it is very wrong. Here is the thing. People have understanding in very few domains, are exper

I wanna talk to that mute guy in our PG

In my PG (Paying Guest, not the correct language probably, but anyway you get what I'm talking about) stays a mute boy. By mute I mean dumb, and by dumb I mean mute, who can't speak. I'm confused all the words seem to be too offensive. And he is not dumb (stupid) and I think dumb (mute) should be intelligent than average people, because they have more opportunity to observe and say less. Well, I like that guy, he looks so innocent, which he is. I really want to talk to him. But I don't know how to. I am afraid that if I attempt, the very next moment I won't be able to find words and will create a super awkward situation for both of us. And as he can't speak, it would be my responsibility to take forward the conversation (I guess). Again I won't be able to understand what he wants to say, that might make him uncomfortable. I'm not confident. He seems to be friendly; he has a girlfriend, well I do not know whether she is GF or just a friend w

My sister was born a Feminist.

When my sister was a kid, she used to take responsibility to serve any special dish cooked at our home, mostly chicken curry. She used to take all the nicest pieces in her plate and take a lot of it. Then she used to be like: I served everyone equally! We all used to be like: Obviously equal, um, yes equal it is... Now she has grown up. Still, she might take the nicest pieces on her plate, but now she understands sometimes it is fine and fair not to be equal and she doesn't need to convince everyone that it is equal. When will all feminists grow up???

My Favourite Intagram Account.

I haven't posted anything for a while. I am too lazy and a procrastinator. And I am not good at explaining things, it takes me forever to frame a sentence, without any mistake and having expressed what I actually want. But I want to document or maybe share whatever is going on in my mind and there are many things I want to share but as said before it is a bit difficult for me to write them properly. And that is the reason I have not updated my other blog for a very long time, even though I have a list of more than 50 topics I desire to write on. I haven't shared anything for a while and I feel guilty, so I'm sharing anything that would be easy to write. My favourite Instagram Account is  pinot . Well, it is not the only account which is my favourite, it is one of them, which I am liking very much for now. The account is of  Pinot Ichwandardi , an artist from NYC. You can find his previous works in vine , he used to share his stuff there before vine died. He sketc

My Model of Something

Let's wonder a little that there is no earth, no other planet, no sun, no galaxy, no universe, there is nothing at all. Somewhere in that nothingness a huge (or little, actually doesn't matter, as there is nothing else to compare with) amount of fluid, let's say a huge drop of fluid appeared. The water drop might have a distinct surface or it might have something like earth's atmosphere that doesn't have a distinct line separating from outside space. Though n this case, there is no outside space. Whatever happens, has to happen in the inside of it. Nothing can exist outside of it. Now, think, something appears in it. Well, whatever appears in the fluid has very much different properties than the fluid. Let's make the fluid's properties as much different from the bodies in it as you can imagine. As if it runs on completely different physical laws. As something has appeared in it, the fluid had to make it some space and the fluid has curved around

The More You Learn, The More You Realize That You Know Nothing

I was watching the video, " Katy Perry - Mind Blown by Neil deGrasse Tyson ", where Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson was geeking out with Katy Perry . Of course not that great video! I mean if you are a nerd you might be knowing everything in it already, but it will blow your mind if you not an Astrophysics nerd. And, it won't be something boring. Even if you do not like geek out, you will enjoy it. It is nice as whenever your mind is about to blow, so does Katy Perry 's mind and she grounds it with her entertainment and when it is starting becoming more of entertainment Neil again comes and takes the lead and starts to geek. There is a quite right balance of two. Here, I'm not talking about any astrophysics thing, that you will find in the video below (far below). I am talking about any random stuff I liked. Sometimes you may have felt something like the more you learn about things, the more you realise that you know nothing and things become more c

My Earliest Memory of a BEGGAR (and Howrah Station)

No, I am not obsessed with beggars. While posting the previous article on beggars I recalled this great incident. An incident does not need to be great on its own, the greatness of an incident depends on the observer's experience. And the incidents you remember from your childhood are always the greatest. In childhood every small incident seems so unique, everything fosters your curiosity, everything is so special. But very few of people are lucky enough to recall many of those experiences for long. I consider myself among those lucky people. This incident of a beggar is always been a great deal to me, it is one of my earliest memories and the first memory of a beggar. Not only that, this incident is also my first memory of Howrah Station , a beautiful huge station on the bank of  Hooghly River near Kolkata. So, obviously, it had to be special. I love Howrah Station very much (from the outside) Image Source But the inside of it is a mess, this huge complex i

See buddies, what I have found

I found the hilarious television show Mind Your language, available on Youtube. I knew about this one of the funniest sitcoms but never had the privilege to watch it. Getting bored of writing the previous article on beggars , I started surfing Facebook though I was not liking it, exactly what all lazy procrastinators do. While browsing Facebook I found a small clip of this show and that made me want to check if it is available somewhere online. I hid to YouTube and Santa Maira! I found it. All of it. I mean all the episodes. I started watching and couldn't stop myself from watching it the whole night, till I finished the last episode of the first season at 6:37 in the morning, it is such a great show (Well, I do the same for every show I start watching). Links to the show: I have found it in several places, I am sharing all so that if some episode is missing you can find it on other places mentioned here. Some have better quality than others. Youtube:   1. Season 1

Beggars

This is a thought I had two days ago (18th June). Not very special yet I had to share it because I have found that blogging is one easiest way to feel little productive and less bad about myself. I jotted down the whole thought with some random words so that I do not forget it. But writing everything properly is not so pleasing. I get distracted by anything in the world and postpone the whole thing. Well, the point of writing this paragraph is to tell you that this time I got distracted with something good, I discovered that one of the best sitcoms Mind Your Language is available on YouTube . Let's move to the actual thought I had. Again this is just a thought of mine, and I am no expert in here. You can read this article on whether you should help beggars or not, I found in quick Google search. All it started when I saw a Muslim beggar asking for some food when I was collecting my lunch from the mess, I could not give him as I was not the owner. Though I could give min

I almost got a Heart Attack

Today I almost got a heart attack. I  took my laptop from the shelf and left it on my bed. Then I went to switch the router on or something else I do not exactly remember. That shouldn't have taken me more than 5 secs after I kept that lappy on my bed, but by that time I completely forgot about that. I stretched my arm towards the shelf where I keep my lappy. I was not looking at it because my eyes were busy with something else (I always overestimate my brains capacity for multi-tasking). No, my hand didn't bump up on something else, they reached the exact location where I keep my lappy, but it was not there. I felt an abrupt occurrence of a void inside me. It was there for not more than a minute but it was so huge that I couldn't even breath. I felt a lack of oxygen in my blood, A cold wave went from top to bottom of my body. And, stupid me, was looking for it frantically everywhere else but my bed, I was searching for it so madly as if there wasn't mu

I am a Champion too

Here's a motivational post from Allie Brosch . It helped me feel less bad about myself. I just realised that I am always underestimating myself. I am not bragging but also I win daily, I am actually thriving at winning. Even I win so many times that winning has become so normal to me. But what happens is when you win that many times and winning becomes very natural, your brain starts to completely ignore it. And then even after winning so many things you start to be depressed of doing nothing with your life and start thinking yourself a huge looser. So I started counting on it again and I'm writing this to remind myself how much I win every day and to show Allie who is the Champion . So, I win every day. I win at everything you possibly can imagine. I win if I wake up before 10 and get to eat my breakfast (I stay as a paying guest, here we do not get breakfast after that). When I wake up in the morning and find no strain on any part of my body - I win. I win f

I was not so bored before, but failing at choosing a name for the blog made me

I was not so bored before, but failing at choosing a name for the blog made me. Please don't say you do not like the name. I was looking for something very simple. Such as asdf.blogspot.com or asdfgh or asdfghjkl or qwertyuiop or zxcv or zxcvbnm and hundreds like that. All for you guys so that you do not have to type or remember anything, all you had to do is swipe the buttons in a row once. But, oh boy, are there millions of people much intelligent than me! Oh shit! That wasn't for the name, that was for the URL. Anyways wish me good luck so that when I get bored I remember this blog and post about how I get bored or whatever. For no reason, I am putting a drawing for you There is no way I can hope will like it.
